You can check in to your accommodation from 3:00 pm (4:00 pm Sundays). If an earlier check-in time is required, please advise prior to date of arrival.
Check-out time is 11:00 am. You can request a later check-out time (prior to check-out date) which we will accommodate if availability allows.

You can cancel your booking up to 3 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel your booking within 3 days prior to arrival date there may be up to a full charge.

Is The Ardington Hotel dog friendly?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate dogs except for assistance dogs.

Can we bring children?
We’d be delighted to welcome the whole family. We offer family rooms that can sleep up to 4 guests (2 adults, 2 children). We can also provide cots if advised, at time of booking.
How can I pay for my booking?
We accept cash payments, all major credit and debit cards including American Express.
What is accessibility like at the hotel?
The entrance to the hotel has 1 step for which we have a ramp. There are 2 steps in the lobby area to gain access to the lounge and bedrooms, for which we have a ramp. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Which train station is closest?
Worthing station is less than 10 minutes away by taxi, or a walk through the town will take approximately 20 minutes.
Is there parking?
OPTION 1: on-street parking in the marked white bays, chargeable 9:00 am - 6.00 pm (no charge on Sundays). In Steyne Gardens and on the promenade @ £1.80 per hour, for up to 4 hours. You can then extend for a further 4 hours at the same hourly rate without the need to move your vehicle. Any blue-badge holders can park free of charge indefinitely in the marked white bays, provided their badge is displayed in accordance with the regulations.
OPTION 2: In the High Street Multi-storey car park (no more than 200 metres away) which is now only available via the MiPermit App. Payment is required in advance of parking. You can use the MiPermit App and request ‘Hotel guest discount’ by uploading your reservation confirmation sent to you by the hotel. One of the advantages of booking this yourself is the ability to remotely extend your parking time via the App. Alternatively, we can register your car for you at £7.00 per day, or part thereof, (£6.00 Sunday) payable to the Ardington Hotel - please email your Car Registration number to reservations@ardingtonhotel.co.uk prior to your arrival date for us to register your car. Please note if you alter the dates of your stay and you have parking arranged for the multi-storey car park you must advise us, so this can also be updated. Should you have any queries regarding the car parking options please do not hesitate to contact Hotel Reception for clarification.
Do you offer in-room extras?
We will happily arrange for Champagne or wine to be in your room ready for your arrival. Please contact us no later than 24 hours before your stay advising us of your expected arrival time, so we can arrange this for you.
Does the hotel have a bar and restaurant?
Yes, our Steyne Gardens-facing Indigo Bar Lounge & Restaurant offer a wide range of drinks including carefully chosen wines, local craft beers, and a selection of spirits. Our Indigo Restaurant offers a delicious menu of European cuisine, with a selection of seafood and juicy burgers and steaks straight from the grill.
Is there a minimum age requirement to reserve a hotel room?
Under 18's are not permitted to stay without a parent or guardian.
Do you have connecting rooms?
Unfortunately, we don’t have any connecting rooms. However, if you’re travelling as a family, we can offer adjacent rooms.

Do the bedrooms have heating and air conditioning?
All our rooms have heating and our PREMIUM rooms have the addition of air conditioning (the only hotel bedrooms in Worthing with air-conditioning).

How many floors are there and are they accessible by lift?
We have bedrooms on the ground floor and first floor only. We do not have a lift.

Do you offer room service?
Yes. Drinks are available via room service round-the-clock, while times for in-room dining are the same as our restaurant opening times.
Is there a dress code in the restaurant?
Our bar and restaurant are informal, so feel free to dress up or down.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. Please notify us of any dietary requirements when you make your reservation. Whilst we cannot guarantee the total absence of allergens in our dishes, we will do all we can to accommodate special requests where possible.
Can I book a table if I’m not staying at the hotel?
Yes, of course – we’d love you to visit us for a bite to eat or just a drink or two.
Do I have to make a reservation?
We recommend booking but can accommodate non-residents if we have availability. If you’d like to have afternoon tea with us, you will need to book in advance.
