We wanted to share with you how we're staying COVID secure
We wanted to assure you of the steps we are putting in place for your and our team of staff’s safety. Aligned with Government guidance, the steps provide a COVID – 19 secure environments. Please note that our procedures and precautions will be under constant review. We will of course always comply with Government regulations.

PREPARING TO WELCOME YOU
Our wonderful reservations team will help plan your stay and make sure we have all the details we need to make check-in as straight-forward and swift as possible when you arrive at the hotel.
We are busy training our teams in new safety procedures and they will, of course, have all the necessary PPE ready before we open
CARING FOR PEOPLE IS WHAT WE DO BEST
We’re excited to see you, which you’ll see from the preparations we’ve made. Perspex screens in reception, hand sanitisers available in public areas and bedroom corridors, complimentary gloves and masks available at reception plus more besides are in place to ensure our hotel is Covid-19 Secure.
Your bedroom will be vacant before you check-in for as long as possible and will be allocated to spread our guests around our hotel to minimise possible contact.
At check-in, we’ll give you an information sheet with more details on this new ‘hotel etiquette’.
Although we will have reduced some of the decorative and functional items in public areas for hygiene reasons if you would require a local guide or information pack just ask. You’ll also notice our usual scatter cushions are taking a breather to make cleaning our rooms to the highest disinfection level possible.
Your bedroom will be serviced and refreshed daily by our housekeeping team unless you request otherwise.
A limited number of bedroom fridges are available complimentary.
